Can this hair be dyed?
Yes, this hair can be bleached up to a number. 27 Please note that dying the hair can loosen the curl pattern on curlier/kinky textures.
Can the the curly/kinky bundles/extensions be straightened?
Yes, the hair is 100% human hair so it can take heat and be straightened however please be advised that tighter textures will have a coarser texture when straightened as opposed to a silky texture.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping on average takes about 3-5 business days, however some extensions may need time to be processed(4-7 days to process), if it is a special texture or a shorter length (14” or less).
How many bundles do I need for a full look?
On average most customers use 2 bundles for a full look and 1 bundle for a natural look. 3-4 bundles can be used for a very full look, but you would need to get the bundles at 24” or longer for the install to be manageable with 3-4 bundles. The bundles will all need to be cut to get 3-4 bundles installed.
Can I wash the extenstions while installed?
Yes! Co-washing or using a highly moisturizing shampoo on the extensions while installed is strongly advised to maintain the softness of the hair. This hair can be treated like your natural.
How long does the bundles last?
With proper maintenance the bundles and wigs can last 1- 2 years. Lace wigs usually last 9 months to a year (so be gentle with the lace!)
How do I maintain the bundles/extensions?
Keeping the extensions moisturized and detangled is the best way to keep the hair looking its best and keeping it on track to last you a year minimum! During the week, use water and leave-in conditioner to detangle the hair thoroughly with a detangling brush. Do this every 2-3 days.
Then on wash days co-wash or use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to wash your hair. Detangle while washing. Do NOT air dry the extensions! Use a cotton T-shirt to dry your hair until damp, style your hair with moisturizing products and then use a blow dryer on low or cool heat to dry your hair!
